下周末即將迎來端午連假，為讓民眾能安心吃粽子，食藥署將與地方政府衛生局共同執行「106年度端午食品稽查專案」，今年也將首度針對網購食品進行稽查。
食藥署表示，今年稽查重點包含網購食品把關、製造源頭查核、市售產品抽驗。將前往網購食品業者的製造場所查驗，針對飯店、知名粽子店及相關餡料源頭進行查驗，也會針對供應商、市售通路及具體店面之販售、餐飲業者進行抽驗。
抽驗、查驗結果，將於端午前陸續公布。食藥署提醒，民眾挑選包粽食材時，應避免選購色彩過度鮮豔的乾貨配料、不買來路不明之產品，若購買即食粽子應依指示條件存放；若購買非即食粽子，則應選購放於冷藏或冷凍櫃內之產品。
此外，因粽子多為高油、高熱量、纖維含量少、沾醬納含量高，建議民眾可搭配蔬菜或清淡蔬菜湯一同食用，並攝取適量水果，避免對身體造成負擔。
大客車駕駛工時及休息時數是近日熱議的話題，高工局表示，國道14處服務區已有10處服務區設置駕駛人休息室，分別為湖口、泰安、新營、西螺、關西、西湖、清水、古坑、東山、關廟，歡迎遊覽車等職業駕駛人利用休息室進行休憩甚至沐浴，等恢復疲勞後再上路，確保行車安全。

高公局從101年起，在北區湖口(南下)、中區泰安(南下)、南區新營(北上)等3處服務區試辦設置駕駛人休息室並附設淋浴設施，免費提供駕駛人登記使用，由於頗受好評，對降低疲勞駕駛事故發生也非常有助益，近年服務區經營廠商為提升服務品質，也主動犧牲賣場空間，陸續設置提供各種不同功能的駕駛人短暫休息空間。

目前已設置駕駛人休息室的服務區除先前高公局在國道1號設置的湖口、泰安及新營3處服務區外，還包括由經營廠商設置的西螺服務區以及國道3號的關西、西湖、清水、古坑、東山、關廟等10處服務區駕駛人休息室，用路人可透過高公局官網、1968搜尋相關服務資訊，歡迎遊覽車等職業駕駛人多加利用。
高公局呼籲駕駛朋友切勿疲勞駕駛，若有疲勞感覺時，可多加利用服務區駕駛人休息室相關服務設施，以增進行車安全。對於目前尚未設置駕駛人休息室的服務區，高公局將再檢視區站空間容量，研議再增闢駕駛人休息室的可能性，以提供更便利的服務。
